Rescate Solar
Recovering the energy infrastructure Puerto Rico already has
Thousands of solar and battery systems have been installed across Puerto Rico. When those systems fail, underperform or lose access to service, families, businesses, nonprofit organizations and institutions lose the reliability and resilience that infrastructure was meant to provide.
Rescate Solar evaluates, diagnoses, repairs and optimizes existing solar and battery systems. We provide system owners and operators with clear information about system performance, energy consumption, safety and the work needed to restore reliable operation.
We also offer ongoing monitoring, maintenance and energy guidance to help systems continue producing energy over the long term.
Every system recovered restores energy capacity Puerto Rico has already built.

HOGARES SOLARES
Expanding access to
resilient energy
Hogares Solares provides participating families with energy service from solar and battery systems installed in their homes.
Families do not have to purchase or finance the equipment. Barrio Eléctrico owns, operates, monitors and maintains the systems while participating families pay only for the energy they consume at an affordable rate, typically 20–25% below the prevailing price of grid electricity.
